Orders Delayed: Covid-19
Due the impact of the "COVID-19" virus multiple airlines are restricted, some countries are in lock down and the customs are closed as a safety precaution/measure.
That means we are experiencing now delays on some orders of 2-4 weeks.
We are processing and shipping orders normally (2-5 business days maximum) but most deliveries will be affected.
ALL orders ARE shipped and processed fully (yours included!), however, we ARE experiencing unusual delays retrieving tracking numbers, tracking information, and country custom clearances due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
If you are planing to order today make sure to understand and conscious that your order may take some extra time to arrive, we will not accept refunds because of the delays, we also not consider the order lost during this time.
You WILL still receive your order safely and securely, that's a promise, however, it may arrive later than anticipated depending on how long precautions are in place for the virus. Please kindly remain patient during this unusual time, as we are doing all we possibly can from our end!
