Our shop main operation is based in Portugal.

We have a warehouse in Portugal and a  second warehouse and factories located in Hong Kong and we ship from both places.

When a specific product is not on stock on the warehouses we may occasionally ship it from the factory too to speed up the process. 
So, please expect some of your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

If you need a specific item or order to be shipped from a specific warehouse like Portugal or Hong Kong please contact us and provide that information, otherwise we will ship by default from the main warehouse in Hong Kong.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, the payments are processed by Stripe which the largest and safest payment processor on the market.

At the moment we do not accept Paypal payments and cheques. 

If you are in Portugal we also accept bank transfer and mbway payments. 

All payments are completely dicreet! When purchasing at Kawaii Bdsm your payments will be show as "KAWAIIB" on your bank statements.

• Most payment errors happens when the billing address you wrote does not match the address on your credit card information. Make sure to wrote a billing address that is the same as your credit card.
  
  This does not mean you need to ship your order to the billing address, you can select other address and ship the order to anywhere else you might want!

• If you are using a prepaid card /such as Vanilla MasterCard or  Visa Prepaid) make sure that you have registered your card at vanillamastercard.com or www.visa.com.

• My billing address and all the information is correct but it still wont let me pay?
  This probably means your bank did not approved the transaction. Some card issuers or banks block by rule online transactions! So if you'd like to order still please contact your bank and let them know you want to do an online payment and you attempted several times ( you don't need to specify which website!)
  
  Then they will release your card for online payments and all you need to do is clear the cookies of the browser and order again, it will work out 

  What about possible custom fees or Import Taxes?

  We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped to international locations. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

  
  

  For EU customers: IVA / VAT  is included on the final price of your products so you’ll not need to pay this tax on customs, but other possible fees are excluded and we do not take responsibility for them.
