We offer three shipping tiers. Delivery times vary by location:

- US, UK & Europe: 7–12 business days
- Canada & Australia: 7–15 business days
- Rest of World: 2–4 weeks
2. Insured International Shipping (Faster & Tracked)
- FREE on orders over 60€ (otherwise a flat fee applies at checkout).
- Reduces delivery time by approximately 3–5 days compared to Standard.
- Includes full insurance against loss or damage.
3. International Express Shipping
- Delivery in 5–7 days worldwide.

Where do you ship from and will I pay customs?
To offer you the best variety and competitive prices, we ship from our logistics hubs in Portugal and Hong Kong, depending on stock availability.
- No Hidden Fees: We’ve got you covered! All taxes and customs duties are already included in our prices. Whether you are in the USA, Canada, or Europe, the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. No surprise fees upon delivery!
- Shipping Strategy: If you order multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages. This allows us to ship directly from the specialized warehouse where the item is in stock, getting your order to you as fast as possible.
- Discretion: No matter the origin, all packages are 100% discreetly marked to ensure your privacy and a fast customs process.
How can I pay for my order and is it secure?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed through Stripe, the most secure payment gateway on the market.
- Security: We are PCI-compliant and use industry-standard encryption. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
- Local Payments (Portugal): We also accept MB WAY and Bank Transfer.
- Currency: All orders are processed in Euro (€). Your bank will handle the conversion from your local currency automatically at checkout.

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on intimate items or toys once the packaging has been opened. However, if you receive a defective product, contact us within 48h and we will make it right. 💌
