Shipping Information & Policies

We offer three shipping options to best suit your needs. Please read the details below to understand our transit times, tracking methods, and policies.

1. Standard Shipping

  • Delivery times:
    • US, UK & Europe: 7–12 business days
    • Canada & Australia: 7–15 business days
    • Rest of World: usually 2-3 weeks (about 15 to 35 working days max)

  • Rates: 100% FREE for most worldwide locations with no minimum order value! For European Union customers only, a mandatory €3 EU import/customs tax applies at checkout.
  • Tracking: Basic tracking information will be provided with your dispatch notification. Please note that because this is our standard/cheapest method, the tracking can stop once the order arrives in the destination country.

2. Insured International Shipping (Faster & Tracked)

  • Delivery times: Faster delivery! Usually takes 5–9 business days (up to 1-3 weeks max for more remote worldwide locations).
  • Rates: A flat fee applies at checkout. Base shipping becomes completely FREE on orders over €70! (Note: EU customers will still only pay the mandatory €3 EU tax on orders over €70).
  • Perks & Guarantee: A fully working tracking number will be provided so you can follow your item every step of the way. This method includes full loss/damage insurance. Kawaii bdsm will assume full responsibility for loss, damage, and any problems that may occur with this shipping method.

3. International Express Shipping

  • Delivery times: Around 1 week to worldwide destinations (to EU destinations it may take as little as 5 days).
  • Rates: Available only upon request, as it is not available for all items at the moment. Sent via DHL or EMS. Please contact us for a quote to add this option to your order.
  • Tracking: Fully tracked from dispatch to your door.

 

Important Notes & Policies:

  • Customs Delays: As with all international deliveries, very occasionally packages may get held up in customs for a short time. While we are not responsible for these delays, we will always do our best to aid you and contact the shipping company to get things sorted out as quickly as possible.
  • Lost Packages: We do not consider any parcel "lost or undelivered" until AFTER the 8-week mark. In our experience, it almost ALWAYS arrives safely.
  • Holiday Seasons: Estimates listed above do not apply during busy holiday seasons (like the Christmas season). If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we strongly recommend buying well in advance. There is a risk of the item not arriving on time, and we cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified personal dates or holidays.
