Shipping Options

We offer three shipping options:

  1. Free Worldwide Shipping

Delivery time is usually 2-3 weeks (about 15 to 35 working days max) to worldwide locations 

No order minimum value needed, all orders can be shipped for free.

All items have tracking information that will be provided with your dispatch notifications (in the case of this shipping method, since is the cheapest, the tracking number usually stops when the order arrives to the destination country).

  1. Insured International Worldwide Shipping 

Delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks (about 12 to 19 working days) to worldwide locations 

- Fully working tracking number (including a loss/damage insurance) will be provided with your dispatch notifications so you can check on your item as it makes its way to you.

Kawaii bdsm will assume full responsibility for loss, damage and problems that may occur with this shipping method. 

  1. International Express Shipping

- Via DHL or EMS

If you need an item quicker than the other shipping options then please contact us to add this option to your order. It's not available for all the items at the moment.

Items purchased with express shipping will be sent via DHL or EMS and will take around 1 week to destinations worldwide - to EU destinations it may take as little as 5 days so is a great way to get your items fast,

A tracking number will be provided with your dispatch notifications. 

 

Notes:
As with all international deliveries, very occasionally packages may get held up in customs for a short time, we are not responsible for this. We will always do our best to aid you and contact the shipping company to get this sorted out as quickly as possible.

We do not consider any parcel "lost or undelivered" until AFTER the 8 week mark. In our experience, it almost ALWAYS arrives safely. 

If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
